What You Can Report
Suspicious Activity or Scams
Report suspected impersonation, deceptive offers, phishing links, payment scams, or attempts to collect passwords or verification codes.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, tell us promptly. Do not include your password in the report.
Inaccurate or Misleading Listings
Let us know about incorrect contact information, misleading service descriptions, questionable qualification claims, duplicate listings, or someone representing a business without permission.
Include the listing link and explain which information appears incorrect.
Reviews or Community Content
Report content that may violate our guidelines, including:
- Fabricated reviews or rating manipulation.
- Threats, harassment, or hateful content.
- Spam or repeated unwanted promotions.
- Private information posted without permission.
- Impersonation or misleading claims.
- Inappropriate images or other prohibited material.
An honest negative review is not a violation simply because a business disagrees with it. We consider whether content violates our rules, not whether it is favorable or unfavorable.
Business Listing Ownership
If someone has created or is managing a listing for your business without authorization, include:
- The business name and listing link.
- Your role or relationship to the business.
- A brief explanation of the issue.
We may request additional information to verify your authority before changing listing access. Do not send sensitive documents with your initial report.
Copyright or Other Rights Concerns
If you believe a photograph, logo, text, or other material violates your rights, identify the material and its exact location on the website.
Explain your relationship to the material and the basis of your complaint. We may request additional details needed to evaluate the report.
Technical Problems
Report broken links, errors, display problems, or features that are not working as expected.
Include:
- The page address.
- What you were trying to do.
- What happened instead.
- Any error message.
- Your device and browser, if known.
A screenshot can help, but remove passwords, private messages, financial details, and other sensitive information first.
What to Include in Your Report
Please provide:
- Your name and an email address where we can reach you.
- A link to the affected listing, profile, review, or page.
- A clear description of the concern.
- Relevant dates and details.
- Supporting screenshots or information, if appropriate.
Provide accurate information and distinguish what you personally observed from what you suspect.
Do not submit knowingly false reports or organize reporting campaigns to harass another user.
How Reports Are Handled
We may review the reported content, request clarification, contact affected users, or take action under our Terms of Service and Community & Review Guidelines.
Depending on the circumstances, action may include requesting a correction, removing content, restricting features, or suspending an account.
Submitting a report does not guarantee removal or a particular outcome. We do not guarantee a response or resolution within a specific time, and we may be unable to share details about another user’s account.
If you believe a moderation decision was made in error, reply with the relevant information and explain why you are requesting reconsideration.
Protecting Your Information
We use report information to assess the issue, communicate with relevant parties, and administer the website as described in our Privacy Policy.
We cannot promise complete anonymity. Reviewing a report may require sharing relevant allegations or supporting details with the affected party, service providers, or authorities when appropriate.
Only include information necessary to explain the concern. Never send passwords, verification codes, full payment-card numbers, or banking credentials.
Disputes About Work or Payments
You may report suspected platform misuse connected to a business or project. However, SWFL Trade Circle does not act as a court, insurer, escrow service, or collection agency.
We cannot compel refunds, guarantee payment, inspect workmanship, or decide legal responsibility between users.
For a service dispute, keep your agreements and records. Consider contacting the business, your payment provider, a relevant licensing or consumer protection authority, or an attorney.
If you suspect payment fraud, contact your bank or payment provider promptly rather than waiting for our review.
Emergencies and Threats
If someone is in immediate danger, call 911.
For suspected criminal activity or threats, contact the appropriate law enforcement agency. This page and our support email are not emergency response channels.
